In this section we talk about challenging a will.
This is different from contesting a will. Those challenging a will are disputing the validity of the will.
This can happen a number of ways, including that the will-maker was not of sound mind – or ‘lacked capacity’, there is a drafting issue with the will itself leaving it unclear, there was undue influence on the will-maker at the time of making the will or the will was forged.
